The Snowdon Summer Solstice Guided Walk

You will meet your guides and group in the very early hours of the morning. You will climb Snowdon in the dark via the Llanberis Path with your head torch lighting the way. We aim to be on the summit for sunrise to witness one of the most spectacular views you will ever see (weather depending). Once the sun is up we turn off our head torches and start the descent back to Llanberis.

All the walks will begin in Llanberis where you will meet your group and mountain leaders. After a friendly welcome chat with the group we will brief you on the walk ahead and ensure you are ready for the challenge.

A Quiet Snowdon Summit

Snowdon is generally a very busy mountain, often with long queues at the summit, but on these walks we will have the mountain to ourselves. This is a rare opportunity to experience Snowdon when it is quiet and enjoy some of the most beautiful views across Snowdonia.

  • What our clients say...

Magical does not even begin to describe it…Quite possibly one of the best experiences of our lives, & one neither us will never forget. Our decent was a gentle one, as we took in the awe & wonder of a mountain coming to life before our very eyes. Would we do it again? Once down, in our very tired state, we both said probably not. 48 hours later, we’re both thinking of signing up for 2018!
